Hi, I'm Dr. Dakari Quimby, Ph.D.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working within academic medical centers and community mental health clinics. My expertise is in treating a variety of mental health concerns with early/mid career professionals. I have a specific focus on supporting folks experiencing unfulfillment in work/life, navigating relationship challenges, or coping with the impact of past childhood/family stress.
I am passionate about promoting healing through culturally centered care. My therapeutic style involves creating an inclusive, supportive environment for you to process your experiences and learn practical skills to progress towards your mental wellness goals. I provide individual therapy and parent coaching services.
Drawing on years of providing evidence-based mental health care, I will help you cope with challenges personally, relationally, and professionally. I will create a warm and emotionally safe environment to support you in navigating life's complexities in our one-on-one virtual sessions.
I will collaborate with you to provide evidence based mental wellness expertise that can immediately support your team or project.
