Workshops - I will collaborate with you to design an evidence-based wellness program to provide immediate support to your team. Whether it's promoting mental health awareness, equipping your team with stress management strategies, supporting BIPOC team members to feel empowered at work, or facilitating discussions around recent stressful events, these workshops aim to enhance wellness in the workplace.
Technical advising - I will provide subject matter expertise for projects such as script reviews or show production to help ensure that mental health issues are portrayed responsibly and authentically.
